1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Panya AI website and any course services you purchase or access through it. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Panya AI operates from 9 Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected] before enrolling.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Panya AI course.
  • You must have access to a suitable device and a stable internet connection to participate in online coursework.
  • Course prerequisites, where stated, are advisory guidance to help you choose the most suitable programme. Responsibility for assessing your own readiness lies with you.

3. Enrolment and Course Access

  • Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation message from us.
  • Course materials become accessible at the agreed start date communicated at the time of enrolment.
  • Access is granted to the enrolled individual only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is not permitted.
  • Course content may be updated from time to time to reflect developments in the field. Substantive changes within an active cohort will be communicated with reasonable notice.

4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
  • Payment is due in full prior to course access unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
  • We use third-party payment processors. Panya AI does not store your card or bank account details.
  • Invoices and receipts are available on request by emailing [email protected].

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Before course access begins: A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 7 days before your course access date.
  • Within 7 days of access beginning: A partial refund of 50% of the course fee may be issued if you have completed fewer than two weeks of material, assessed at our discretion.
  • After 2 or more weeks of access: No refund will be issued, as substantial course content will have been accessed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We aim to process approved refunds within 14 working days.
  • If a course is cancelled by Panya AI, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

6. Mentor Feedback and Support

  • All courses include written mentor feedback on assignments. Response times are typically within two working days of submission.
  • Mentor availability may be affected by Thai public holidays; these will be communicated in advance where relevant.
  • Feedback is provided to support learning. It does not constitute professional advice in any regulated field.
  • Support queries should be directed to [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, lesson content, code examples, and written resources remain the intellectual property of Panya AI.
  • You may use course materials for your own personal study and portfolio work. You may not distribute, resell, or reproduce materials commercially without prior written consent.
  • Work you create during the course — including portfolio projects and capstone submissions — remains your intellectual property. By submitting work, you grant Panya AI a non-exclusive licence to reference it anonymously for educational or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

8. Acceptable Use

When using Panya AI services, you agree not to:

  • Share or distribute course materials, login details, or content to third parties
  • Submit work that is not your own without attribution
  • Use any part of the course content to create competing educational products
  • Engage in behaviour that disrupts the learning environment for other participants
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical measures protecting course content

Breach of these terms may result in suspension of access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Panya AI courses are educational programmes. We do not make representations about outcomes including employment, career progression, or income. To the extent permitted by Thai law:

  • Our liability in relation to any course is limited to the fee paid for that course.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or consequential damages arising from course participation or non-participation.
  • Course content is provided in good faith and updated regularly, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or omissions at all times.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
